St Gregory's Catholic Primary School Art Project

At the end of the last school year, St Gregory's Catholic Primary School wrote to thank STRADFAS for the grant of £500 awarded to them for an art project.

They had been busy with their Y6 class completing a  mosaic. They told us how much they had enjoyed working on the project, which celebrates their school mission to be kind-hearted and Christian in all they do. It will form part of their legacy as they transition from primary to secondary school. and will soon go on display in the school entrance.

Guild Chapel Rug

The new altar rug for the Stratford-upon-Avon Guild Chapel was inaugurated on April 15th. The creation of this new rug was organised by the Friends of the Guild Chapel, and the design by Jessica Bull-Anderson (on the left in the photo), granddaughter of STRADFAS member Kay Anderson, was financed by STRADFAS. The rug was woven by local weaver Ellie Carr-Smith (right).
